Allez Kiki started brewing in the head of Italian double bass player, mead producer and former winemaker Fabio Bordignon, nicknamed "Kiki" by his colleagues during the 2018 harvest at a winery near Bordeaux. He has chosen this name to release his electronica and downtempo singles since 2021.

Allez Kiki Fermentation is the instrumental extension of his project featuring his long-time friends Gianluca Spagnolo on drums, Massimiliano Brunetta on keys and Tommaso Cipresso on vibraphone. From fermentation to tasting, spirituous drinks are the central theme of this band, illustrated with bright and refreshing jazz-funk with hints of soul and disco.
