THE STORM WATCHERS

The Storm Watchers are a melodious surge of jazz, pushed by the winds of East France. This quartet is orchestrated by young composer and drummer Adrien Legay, member of electronica band M.A BEAT!, whose talents brought him across the Atlantic to join the prestigious Berklee College Of Music in Boston.

On the forecast: double bassist Julien Moneret and pianist Noé Degalle, as well as some strong winds coming out of Nicolas Gegout’s saxophones.

The second double single of The Storm Watchers, A Moment In Exile, a ballad in two compositions of 7 minutes each, showing a strong bias towards timeless post-bop and modal jazz sounds.

In 2022, The Storm Watchers release their first full-length EP, Mentors, made up of seven original compositions of raw, hypnotizing, slightly electronic jazz reminiscent of New York clubs, with improvised sequences stretching to more ambient planes.
